There is no shortage of HR software. There is a shortage of HR software that survives a real month in a company with three sites, a fingerprint machine by the door, a supervisor who marks his own team present, and a finance person reconciling four sources on the twenty seventh.

The global platforms are built for a workplace where everyone has a laptop and a badge. The local ones often solve one piece well and leave the rest in a spreadsheet. We started SUVIO because the gap between those two is where most companies in this region actually sit.

How we build

Modular, so you run what you need and nothing else. Configurable, so your policy stays yours instead of being flattened into a preset. And honest about what is not built yet, which costs us the occasional deal and saves everybody the implementation that quietly fails in month four.

Companies between roughly twenty and two thousand employees. Contracting, manufacturing, retail chains, facilities management, healthcare, services. Often a group with several entities under one owner. Usually somewhere that has outgrown the spreadsheet but has no appetite for a nine month enterprise rollout.
