Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SUVIO platform and website. By using SUVIO, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. About SUVIO

SUVIO is a modular HR and payroll software platform developed and operated by SUVIO, based in Karachi, Pakistan. The platform is available to businesses and is not intended for personal use.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. Each account is for a single organisation — you may not share access credentials across organisations.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use SUVIO only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the platform to store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent data
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works of any part of the platform
• Use the platform in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without our written permission

4. Subscriptions and payment

SUVIO is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance for each billing period. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

5. Your data

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into SUVIO. We process your data as a data processor, strictly on your instructions, and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their own commercial purposes.

6. Our intellectual property

All software, design, trademarks, and content that make up the SUVIO platform are owned by us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you beyond the limited right to use the platform as described here.

7. Availability and uptime

We aim to keep SUVIO available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SUVIO's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. On termination, your access to the platform will cease and we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required. You can export your data at any time before termination.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
