SUVIO ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting the personal data of everyone who uses our platform. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. What data we collect
We collect data in two ways:
- Data you give us directly — your name, work email, company name, and phone number when you request a demo or create an account.
- Data your organisation enters into SUVIO — employee records, payroll details, attendance logs, and HR documents that your team manages through the platform. This data belongs to your organisation; we process it on your behalf as a data processor.
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, and session information collected automatically to improve the platform.
2. How we use your data
- To provide and operate the SUVIO platform
- To respond to demo requests and support queries
- To send product updates and relevant communications (you can opt out at any time)
- To improve platform performance and reliability
- To comply with applicable laws and regulations
3. How we store and protect it
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Access is restricted by role — only the people who need to see data can see it. We perform daily encrypted backups and store data in-region. We do not sell your data to any third party, ever.
4. Who we share data with
We work with a small number of trusted service providers (hosting, email delivery, analytics) who process data strictly on our instructions and under confidentiality agreements. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
5. How long we keep it
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as required by law. When you close your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain records for longer.
6. Cookies
Our website uses essential cookies to function correctly and analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings at any time.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@suvio.online. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Children's privacy
SUVIO is a business software platform and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top and, where changes are material, notify active users by email.
