Pay for what you run, nothing else

Q: Why is there no price on this page?

Because a per user number would be misleading. What you pay depends on how many employees you have, how many of those need web access rather than the mobile app, how many companies sit in the group, and which modules you switch on. A ten minute call gets you a real figure instead of a range you cannot plan against.

Q: Do we pay for modules we do not use?

No. That is the point of the modular structure. Start with employee records, attendance and payroll if that is the problem, and add loans, expenses, assets or training later without changing platform.

Q: Is pricing per employee or per user?

Both matter. Every employee has a record, but not every employee needs a dashboard login. Most of a workforce only ever uses the mobile app, and that difference is reflected in what you pay.

Q: Is there a long contract?

Tell us what commitment you are comfortable with and we will talk about it honestly on the call. We would rather have a customer who stays because it works.

Q: What does onboarding cost?

It depends entirely on the state of your existing data and how many entities you are bringing across. A single company with clean records is quick. A group with several licences and years of spreadsheet history is not, and we would rather scope it after seeing a sample than quote a number here.

Q: Can we try it before committing?

Ask about it on the demo call. We would rather you tested it against a real payroll cycle than made a decision from a feature list.

Why we quote instead of publishing a number.

A published per user price sounds transparent and usually is not. It hides the fact that most of your workforce will never open the dashboard, that a group with four companies is a different job to a single entity, and that onboarding a clean spreadsheet is not the same as onboarding eleven years of history.

So we ask three questions on the call. How many employees. How many of them need web access. How many companies. From there you get a number you can put in a budget, not a starting from figure that changes when you sign.

If we are not a fit for your budget, we will say so on that same call rather than after four meetings.
