SUVIO is modular, so a fifteen person company and a fifteen hundred person group are not running the same thing and should not be paying the same way. Below is how the modules group together. What you actually pay depends on headcount, how many people need a dashboard login rather than just the app, and how many companies sit in the group.

Why we quote instead of publishing a number.

A published per user price sounds transparent and usually is not. It hides the fact that most of your workforce will never open the dashboard, that a group with four companies is a different job to a single entity, and that onboarding a clean spreadsheet is not the same as onboarding eleven years of history.

So we ask three questions on the call. How many employees. How many of them need web access. How many companies. From there you get a number you can put in a budget, not a starting from figure that changes when you sign.

If we are not a fit for your budget, we will say so on that same call rather than after four meetings.

Pricing questions, answered.
