HR and Payroll Software for Construction

Head office, and every site in between.

Contracting companies do not lose money on the payroll calculation. They lose it on who was actually on site, which crew worked late, and whose permit expired the week before an inspection.

Built for Construction

What contracting actually breaks on.

Every construction company we speak to has the same three leaks: attendance nobody can verify, overtime nobody agreed to, and renewals nobody saw coming.

Geofenced site check in

A GPS boundary per project. A worker cannot be marked present on Tower A from a different emirate.

Gate devices at each site

Fingerprint and face devices at site entrances push records in directly, alongside mobile check ins.

Shift patterns per project

Day crews, night crews and split timings defined once as schedules and assigned per worker.

Advances and deductions

Salary advances issued with an installment schedule that payroll deducts automatically, which is the norm on site.

Permit and visa expiry

Residency, visa and work permit dates as structured fields with expiry alerting on uploaded documents.

Every correction is logged

When a supervisor claims eleven days of overtime, the record shows who changed what and when.

Overtime disputes are attendance disputes.

The month end argument is never really about multiplication. It is about whether the crew was there, when they left, and who authorised the extra hours. By the time it reaches finance, the only evidence is a supervisor's word against a register that has been rewritten twice.

SUVIO validates the check in against a GPS boundary drawn around the project, or takes it directly from the device at the gate. Every manual correction afterwards writes the field changed, the previous value, the new value and the person who made it. The conversation shifts from memory to record, which usually ends it in under a minute.

Mixed workforces, one payroll.

A contracting company rarely has one kind of employee. There is site labour, supervisors, plant operators, an office in the city, and often staff across more than one legal entity.

Companies, locations, departments and designations are separate records in SUVIO, and salary structures are built from rules you define rather than a preset. Payroll can therefore look different for a site crew and a head office team without running two systems.
