HR and Payroll Software for Manufacturing

Three shifts, one honest number.

Plants run on rotating shifts, gate devices and overtime that has to reconcile to the hour. Most HR software was designed for an office and quietly falls apart on a factory floor.

Built for Manufacturing

Built for the factory floor.

A plant is not an office with machines in it. The shift pattern, the gate, and the overtime rules are the system.

Rotating and night shifts

Shifts crossing midnight are treated as one shift, not two broken days, which is what keeps overtime honest.

Gate device integration

The fingerprint or face device already at the plant entrance pushes records straight into attendance.

Multiple plants and depots

Each location carries its own geofence and timings under the same company.

Overtime into payroll

Extra hours flow from the attendance record into the payroll run instead of being typed in from a summary.

Department level reporting

Production, maintenance, quality and stores reported separately without exporting anything.

Disciplinary on record

Warnings, show cause notices and appeals documented in one place rather than in a supervisor's drawer.

Overtime is where the money leaks.

In a plant running three shifts, a small error repeated across six hundred people every month is not a rounding difference, it is a line item. And the error is almost never in the payroll formula. It is in the hours that went into it.

SUVIO takes the hours from the device at the gate or from a geofenced check in, applies the shift boundaries defined in the working schedule, and carries the result into the payroll run. Nobody retypes a summary, which removes the step where the number changes.

Shift changes without rebuilding anything.

Production schedules move. People rotate between shifts, sometimes weekly. In most systems this means editing individual employee settings and hoping nobody was missed.

Schedules in SUVIO are their own records. Reassign a person to Shift C and attendance, late flags, overtime boundaries and leave duration all follow automatically, because every one of them reads from the same schedule definition.
